This recipe is easy to make and my dog is obsessed with it! As soon as I pull it out of the fridge he is waiting by his food bowl ready to devour it! Just make sure you crack a window if you don’t love the smell of fish while cooking it:)
Here is what you’ll need… (This makes 16 serving for a 20 pound dog)
- 5 lbs of cod
- 2 cups of brown rice
- 1/4 cup of carrots
- 1/4 cup of peas
- 1/3 cup of plain yogurt
- 3 hard boiled eggs
Step 1: Heat oven to 320 degrees.
Step 2: Wrap fish in foil with a little water and place in oven for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Cook rice as directed.
Step 4: Cook peas and place carrots in a food processor.
Step 5: Mix veggies and yogurt together in a bowl and set aside.
Step 6: Hard boil the eggs and place in a food processor.
Step 7: Mix all ingredients together and let completely cool before serving. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
